TIMEOUT minimum time is 300 seconds?

This is just out of curiosity, but is the minimum timeout time 300 seconds?

I was trying to set it to 100 just to test it out to make sure it was
working properly, as this is the first time I have used network licenses.
It wasn't until I changed it to greater than 300 that it changed the value
in the log file.

900 is the minimum and we usually set it up to 5400 (1h 1/2) b/c before the software goes idle it takes sometime (we have a lot of ARX and VBA running in the background....
