Subscription issue

what would it happen if I upgrade to the new version of Autocad under the subscription of this year, and not continue with subscription for the year following, could I still use the new version of autocad at all on the next year ?

Generally, to answer your question, you should still be able to use AutoCAD 2012 (the most current version)next year even if you will no longer renew your Subscription come 2012.  However, you will no longer have rights to previous versions.
