How do I get rid of the box that comes up at startup that prompts me to specify the server name??

Thanks,

Do you have a Licpath.lic file in your base AutoCAD installed directory?

The contents of the file should be like this:

SERVER
USE_SERVER

Yes, I had posted a question about 2 months ago and Jason Martin answered it. I can't seem to find the thread.

Thanks,

Hi Collin -

Kevin's already answered correctly, but there are answers to some basic
questions at http://www.fsb-ae.com/acadnetwork/acadnetworkfaq.htm. For this
specific question look at
http://www.fsb-ae.com/acadnetwork/acadnetworkfaq.htm#2k :-)

Hey Jason.

Are you still maintaining this FAQ, or has it been religated to just sit
there or is someone at FSB going to update when needed?

I'm not maintaining it actively, but if something needed changed I think
that I could get my old boss to upload some new files for me, so Yes and
No
