The original request was made on JULY 30. I'm still not able to use 3 AutoCAD packages I purchased. I have original authentic packaging, and purchased it from an authorized dealer, but I can't use it as the authorization process says I don't have good serial numbers. We have gotten a nice email that it is now an "urgent request". That was Sep 25, and still no results.
