Revit 2013 Design Suite Premium - Service Pack 3 installation issues

Just installed 2013 Revit Design Suite Premium (Revit only) and running under Trial Version.  

I've downloaded the Service Pack 3 for my installed version and began to install the update.  The update seemed to hang; the install was taking over 30 minutes to install and the progress bar seemed to stay at about 70%.  I ended the task.

When trying to re-install the update, I received the following error:

 "A problem prevented the Update Release from being installed.  Contact your system administrator.

  Error Code: 1618"

 

What can I do to clear this up and get the update installed?

 

Don't know if it's going to make a difference, but this is on a machine with Windows 8.1.

UPDATE:
Someone on another Revit forum suggested I make sure my Anti-Virus is turned off when trying to install the update. I tried this last night and had no issues installing Service Pack 3.
Hopefully this helps someone. 😉
