What happens to users who already have a license checked out when I
restart the FlexLM service? Do they get a notice? Is it so fast that
no one will notice? Will Acad kick them out?

If you restart server during 15 minutes user will not notice it, if more
user will loose his license and will get error message after about 45
minutes.
