Problem with my serial number

Hi, 

I have been trying to download AutoCAD for MAC and everytime i type in the serial number and product key given i am alerted as it does not match. i have checked several times and it still tell me it is wrong. i think the serial number given was wrong. how is this corrected?

Where did you downloaded your product ? 

 

See this page to check if the product key you are using is matching your product.

I have a similar problem. When I enter a serial number, there is an error "The serial number or product key don't match."

Hi zawisza and Syed, 

 

 

 

Can you please try the steps below and see if it helps?:

 

 

1) choose to install the software in trial mode 

2) when launching the program in trial mode (once installed) you will be faced with run / continue in “trial mode” or “activate” - select the activation option 

3) follow the process (enter Serial Number and Product Key) to circumvent the previous issue and allow for a proper activation
