Problem on launch with access rights

I have installed Inventor/ Pro 64 bit. I have a key and serial number. AutoCAD mechanic, AutoDesk Design, Vault, and DWG viewer all WORK- but with Inventor it says:

 

"Invertor.exe is not currently registered and did not correctly re-register on start up. This is probably because you do not have enough access irght (e.g. you are a Restricted User). Ask an Administrator or Standard User to re-run the program for you."

 

I am the admiistrator, and I have tried starting the program as a standard user, same result.

Right-click the Inventor icon and click Run as Administrator.  If this does not work, perform a repair installation of Inventor.
