There are 2 computers: A (master) and B (notebook) with AutoCAD 2000i CZECH
(on Windows98 Czech). Licence is moving form A to B and back by „Portable
Licence Utility". Everything worked properly. Approximately one month after
installation „Portable Licence Utility" stopped work. Licence is active on
computer B (notebook) now and I am unable to move it back to computer A.
I have done:
1. Start Portable Licence Utility. After selecting
destination computer from „pool" and clicking „Export" button, information box
appears properly. OK clicked.
2. Option „Transfer code" is disabled now
and after using „Transfer file..." error message CDA0006 (...destination disk
is full or insufficient rights to write there...) appear, independent of
destination disk (there is enough free space on destination disk, we have
rights to write there !!!!!). There is no way how to stop „Portable Licence
Utility" - it must be shoot down from task manager !! There is no way how to
move licence anywhere.
3. I tried to reinstall AutoCAD 2000i and repeat
step 1 and 2. Option „Transfer code" is disabled (as before) and after using
„Transfer file" error message CDA0080 with the same text (...destination disk
is full....) appear, independent of destination disk (there is enough free
space on destination disk, we have rights to write there !!!!!).
Please help me, what I have to do to move Licence back. It seems to be a
critical problem, because notebook is not suitable for work with AutoCAD for
Thank you for your help.
