One AutoCad server for two separated networks?

Is it possible to use a single AC server for two separated networks? The networks cannot be physically connected by two network cards in the server, for instance. Can I use the Internet to connect the two networks to the server? If yes, how do I go about? I urgently need help, and I would be VERY grateful for all suggestions. (I'm using AutoCad 2000.)

You'd probably want to investigate a VPN
solution.  Installing a secure VPN solution may prove more costly
than putting AC servers on each site.
