Older flexlm and ADT2006?

Do the network versions of ADT2006 and VIZ2006 require you to have the new Network License Manager FLEXLM version 10.1.5 installed or can they work with the older versions like 9.2? I don't want to upgrade my NLM if I don't have to.

So this process upgrades the server.
Should we also reinstall the Network Installation Wizard?

Thanks

NIW doesn't have to be installed or reinstalled using this method.
