Non-working shortcuts & Design Review

When my Bldg. Design Suite 2013 was re-installed recently, components would not launch (I.e., Revit, Design Review, etc.) from desktop shortcuts. Now Design Review has an error message "Browser Add-on (ox2: Failed downloading component)." 

 


HELP!!!

You need to re-download the Suite. You can download via our Virtual Agent (#3) via this blog post:

There is reference to a corrupted install of Design Review here:

Basically, you are downloading the whole suite (winrar compressed).

Thank you for your response and the suite has been uninstalled and re-installed numerous times, so something else must be wrong.
