I've ran service pack for Manage and Freedom... it seems to crap out when nearly done... doesn't give any indication that it was successfull or no... when I go to Programs and Features > View Installed Updates Service Pack 1 does not show in the list. I clicked on the service pack file itself and looked at Properties > Details Tab... Clicking on the Comments field indicates the Patch is version 2014 11.4.1017.63. This version does show on Programs and Features. Does this indicate it was updated with SP1... and why doesn't it show up in 'View Installed Updates'?
