Or you can can call Autodesk Product Registration and Authorization:

1-800-551-1490 > Option 1 (English) > Option 1 > (Stand-alone)

You will need to provide your serial number and the request code.

Thanks for your prompt reply.

I have read through that, but I will not be able to export my lisence because my old laptop is no longer around.

I have my Seriel number. I just need a new code to move on with it.

Could you please send me  a Private Message (click on my grace.liu profile name and then “Send this user a private message”) with your Serial Number ,request code and registratioin details ( eg, the company name and address ),  I will help to activate the product manually.
