I have tried installing my educational version of Maya 2014 on two different computers now, and both times it starts installing, then stops and says it failed to install. The log from both instances says the following:

Install Autodesk® Maya® 2014 Failed Download Failed, Installation aborted, Result=1603
Rollback DirectX® Runtime Failed Failure is ignored, Result=1619
What could this error mean? At first I thought it was just my computer, but my wife's had the same result. Is there something I'm doing wrong in the setup process?
