Maximum Activations Reached

My boss had two computers crash with ACAD LT and it will not install on the third computer because the maximum number of activations has beed reached.  I submitted and responded to a customer service request and I'm waiting for their reply.  Hopefully I will be able to get an answer on this forum. So my question is what do I need to do to get this program installed on the computer?

That's not abnormal.  You just need to get an activation code manually by providing the request code to the Autodesk Activations department.

You will need to provide your serial number and the request code.
