Licenses manager software

Although we have recieved ADT2006, we are upgrading to 2005 temporarily.
We currently use a single server license pool configuration for ADT2004 in 2
offices.
We now have 4 offices and I would like to use a distributed license server
configuration.

Questions

Can I or should I install the 2006 version of FlexLM for our 2005 licenses,
so I don't have to upgrade the license server again when we move to 2006?
Can I install the 2006 FlexLM overtop of the 2004 FlemLM I am using now and
then add the 3 other offices into a distributed server configuration?

Or am I better off starting over?

I am also planning to move to the distributed license server model.
What I have found out so far is that I will need new license files from Mother Acad to do this. Also the newer FlexLM's manage previous version licenses quit nicely.
I guess the bottom line is you probably need to start over by installing the new license managers, with the new license files from adesk for your 2004 products and might as well put the 2006 license files on at that time.
Be advised you need to make a trip to the workstations to set the priority of which servers to check and in which order.
