License transfer

Hello all im posting here today because I recently got a new computer as my last workstation broke. Well tried to download and install 3DS Max 2014 and it says that my license limit is reached. I do have 3DS Max installed on another computer and just learned about the olt thing and realized I cant transerfer my last license because the computer broke. any help will be great
