License expired problem

Hello, I downloaded Autocad Civil 2011 32 bits for students from this site and installed the software. When I open the program, it shows "license expired" and I can not activate because the window to registrate is totaly white. A few months ago I download the same software (trial version for 30 days) from Autodesk Brasil site but the same hapenned. How can I solve this problem? Thanks for help.
