After upgrading all the drivers a their PC, our client (Ericsson !!)

Mechanical Desktop 5 Alert
A licence error has occurred. Please restart your system to initialize
the license management system. If this problem continues, contact your
system administrator or authorized dealer.

Well I can only take a guess here since I don't use or have the
international version. What OS are you using at the clients? If you are
using Windows 2000 how are the users logging onto the local machine? They
should have at least Power User privileges to be able to use AutoCAD (or
MDT) on Win2K. These privileges may also effect the C-dilla license program
used on the international versions.
for direct reply, substitute the obvious with the obvious
Did your customer upgrade their system by pushing or restoring an image to
their systems? If they did, they may have removed or overwritten the
C_Dilla hidden directory or its contents. This will cause license failure.
The AutoCAD Install Guide offers two ways to avoid this from happening.
