Yes, it will work fine. If the instructor station is Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Server 2008, you might have an IPv6 issue. That can be easily resolved by modifying the LICPATH.LIC file to include 127.0.0.1 instead of the hostname. Or you can try my other methods below.
