LM on Instructors Station

Can we use the Instructor Station which needs to run AutoCad as the license manager as well?

Yes, it will work fine.  If the instructor station is Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Server 2008, you might have an IPv6 issue.  That can be easily resolved by modifying the LICPATH.LIC file to include instead of the hostname.  Or you can try my other methods below.
