The downloaded installer files will need to be in a single location to run them. If you put them on a DVD this would be a suitable Backup medium but not good to run the installer from. I'd suggest a USB thumb drive.

burn it to a DVD. It starts fine from the DVD but has a message to install
disk 1 blah blah blah, once you hit the install or create deployment options.
I will us a thumb drive instead to keep the server free of these files and
please the IT department. Thanks again for the help.
