Installing Content Center with Inventor 2012

I have a standalone Dell workstation, quad Xenon processor, with 64bit Windows 7 Professional and 4GB of RAM. Installing of Inventor 2012 Professional has not made the Content Center available. I have a 2010 Content Center but that does not seem to help. How can I correct this problem?
