Have new computer.

How do I deal with 2010 version on existing computer and download 2011 version on new computer.

If the license is under Subscription, you can have and use both licensed copies on each system.  However you can only use one at a time.  Otherwise, you will need to remove the 2010 license from the old computer when installing 2011 on the new one.
