Having a problem with all types of Revit 2009 software when Revit is installed via managed network install (group policies). Whenever various unrelated third-party software HTML help files are opened, a dialog box opens saying updating Revit software. After that, the Revit program completely stops functioning -- won't start. Also the software help file that was opened gets "script errors". So there is apparently some conflict between Revit and the Windows HTML Help system that is causing this problem, any ideas?
In order to get Revit to function again, Revit must be removed and re-installed. We do not want to have to re-install Revit every single time someone opens the Help menu from another program.
