FlexLM and ADLM

Hi all,

Can I use the same server for AutoCAD 2000i and AutoCAD 2002?
2000i use ADML and 2002 use FlexLM
Thanks
Paulo

AFAIK, yes you can. I think I remember reading that there
are absolutely no conflicts with AdLM and FlexLM. In fact
it's my plan to do exactly this for our upgrade to Mech Acad
6.

Yes, absolutely you can,. I have, there are no problems. Also, there is a
networking NG where you can get more info on FlexLM setup and the finer
points of network licensing.

OK, for some reason I thought I was reading the general ADT NG when I posted
that last message - forgive, I know iit looked like I was stupid, but it's
Friday, and my brain wore out sometime Wednesday evening, and hasn't been
working right since.

Charles-

It IS Friday but your brain is working fine. This message group
was moved from ADT to this network section.

Well, maybe it was working when I wrote the first message, but it must have
ceased wotking by the time I wrote the second, unless you managed to move
the message in between my two postings - a period of only four minutes.

If you were being that quick at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon, I want to know
what brand of coffee you drink.
