Failed Installation after following all steps.

Autodesk Inventor Professional 2012

 

Failed Installation after following all steps. This is the third day we are trying to install. Last error message was Add-in TS1072986 and I manually downloaded the update from Microsoft. Still Failed installation. Security & Firewall are all disabled. So can you kindly have somebody assigned to talk  like tech support.

Error is about VC++ runtime 2010 install
