FLEXlm license finder

The client machines can not find the license server.
I have tried putting in environment variables, but
I am not sure if I am putting in the right ones.

The error message is
FLEXlm License finder
Your application was not able to obtain a license
because the FLEXlm license manager could not determine
where to find the lecensing data it needs. Please
choose one of the following.

Specify the license Server
or
Specify the license File

If I enter the license server or the license file
it will open up AutoCAD2002.
How do I get it to open automatically???

Help Me Please!

If you are using a Distributed Server Model, the
variable is as follows:

name:
ADSKFLEX_LICENSE_FILE

VALUE:
@SERVER1;@SERVER2;@SERVER3

if you have only one server, in my experience, if
you enter a server name a variable is created (
href="mailto:ACADSERVER=@SERVER1">ACADSERVER = @SERVER1
) and it should
stick.

Careful,  ACADSERVER does not work for AutoCAD
2002.  That variable is used for AutoCAD 2000i and earlier which used Élan
license management technology, not FLEXlm.

Resolving License Finder issues in AutoCAD 2002 is
covered in the following document:
