FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0000 Exception at 419949h

I Reinstalled AutoCad 2007 LT on my new laptop with Windows 7. I installed the service pack 1 & 2. When trying to open a drawing I am getting a Fatal error message as follows:
FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0000 Exception at 419949h.
Can you tell me what is going on.
Thank You'Don

Unfortunately your product release is not compatible with Windows 7. Only Autodesk products from 2010 and later are compatible. You can install this product on a Windows XP virtual machine provided by Microsoft for your Windows 7 as necessary. This is provided free from Microsoft as a way of using programs that are not compatible with Windows 7.
