Express tools loaded but not working in user CUI

Hi

I have Express Tools loaded and when I start Civil3d with the shipped profile they work fine.

However when I use the company cui from previous version the express menu etc are there but

none of the commands work and when I type Expresstools I get the error "AutoCad Express Tools Menu not found"

but it is there in the CUI and the tools are loaded on the machine.

Any ideas how to fix this?
