I had autodesk Maya 2011 student version installed on my computer. I uninstalled it... it no longer shows up in my programs list. The shortcuts are still there. When I tried to install Maya 2012 I got this error message 1:5 2: adlm PITSetProductInformation failed. 3:2
I have read that you need to go through and remove all the related Autodesk files by hand but I do not know which ones they are.
Can someone help me figure out wich files I need to remove and give me a clean install for Autodesk Maya 2012?
