Ereg activation codes

Do we need to use the activation codes when our software appears to be working?  And why are so many generated by one installation?

Hi Karen,
 
Activation Codes are being asked by the system in cases like your Trial Period is over or you re-installed the software to a new computer.
 
Please PM me your Serial Number so we can dig further into this and provide more information.
