I have some Problem with Installing the Autodesk Creation Suite on Windows 8.1 Profasionall 64 bit operating system.
I found in the Installation log following Message:
DirectX RuntimeFailedFailure is ignored, Result=1619
Reinstalling didn't help.
I had the same Creation Suite installed on a Testversion of Windows 7 64 bit as second system, who now is deleted.
Can someone help me?
Do you need the full Log?
I haven't the Problem any more. I had downloaded and installed a Windows Service Pack (http://www.chip.de/downloads/All-in-One-Runtimes_37449838.html ) and now the installation work.
