i received my HULA serial number, but i can't find the ECSU 2013 package that goes with it.

it's not in the list in the customer service/ redownload software.. there is only ECS premium or standard..

can you give me the link please?

As @simona.golisciano indicated above, there isn't a download link for ECSU 2013 for mobile phones. 

The 2013 version is no longer available for download from the Autodesk website.

I would suggest that you contact our customer service crew as they may be able to help you obtain this link.
