How do I deactivate or transfer a license from a computer with a dead harddrive? The Online License Transfer Utility seems to only export the License from the computer that is running the OLTU. Is there a way to do this thru the Autodesk website or do we have to call customer support?
Simply reactivate the software on a new machine. If you have problems, then you can call the Activation hotline at 1-800-551-1490. This is a common problem.
