The AutoCad 2009 and the License was working fine until last week Thursday, May 30th, when users were unable to connect to the license.
Please provide some suggestions for resolving this problem.
what changed on that server?
virtual switch disconnected on same day. reconnected switch and connectivity.
do you have an it person?
There are three of us.
can you ping the license server by hostname?
Firewall Inbound rules has TCP port 2080 and TCP port 27000-27009, set as enabled and allow any.
Question: when using LMTOOLS, Utilities tab, when using the Find Version button, should I be seeing the version if the path to the license is correct and open?
Have you tried stopping and starting the service? What happens when you PING the server by name?
Which service specifically are you referring to? I just need to be clear on the steps I am taking when I later review my notes. Thank you. JeffreyYasuda
