I am having an issue with AutoCAD in which I cannot check out a network license or check "Product Information" with the Help->About dialog box.
When I go to the tools pull-down, and click on License Borrowing ->Borrow License, AutoCAD locks up for about a minute, then after about a minute it just resumes as if I never tried borrowing a license. The same thing happens if I go to Help -> About -> Product Information.
Aside from this issue, AutoCAD is running without any problems. It doesn't experience any issues getting a license upon start up.
I have tried, Repair, Re-Install, and a complete Uninstall/Reinstall, where I even deleted all of the AutoCAD folders left behind after an uninstall. This did not resolve the issue. This issue exists even after installing SP1. I am the only one in our group at work that is experiencing this problem, other people have the same AutoCAD configuration (as far as I know), and same hardware. I am currently using a Dell Precision M4400 Laptop, 4 GB Ram, Core2 Extreme CPU X9100, running Win XP SP3.
