Cannot Install Autodesk Design Review 2012

hello i have problems when installing Inventor2012, when i install the whole package,, installation aborts due to Design Review 2012 installation failure, when I install again without the Design rreview2012 this time(unchecking it) installation goes well, so the problem must be with design review 2012 obviously

so  how can i resolve this? i think the problem is somewhat connected to my computer unit

thankyou, the thread was helpful, what i did to resolve it is that i unistalled my microsoft vc++ 2010x86 and let the inventor installer install it instead.
