Cannot Install AutoCAD Net Framework

I have used Net Framework cleanup tool and it has not been successful. 

Error is as per below, please assist.

Seems to be that people have a common problem with this but not a common solution.  Please help, as I've already wasted hours.  Thank you,

Install .NET 4 manually from Microsoft and then remove the prerequisite check for it from the setup.ini.
