I'm having a similar problem as a couple others that it appears needs to be fixed on an individual basis. I'm trying to download the above mentioned software. When I click on "Get Your Upgrade," I'm taken to a page that won't load and in the url bar the address reads:
Confirming that this SFDC blank screen / looping issue is something that needs to be addressed and fixed with the individuals profile on our backend. Typically the fastest means of doing so would be to contact our Subscription Center Support team.
With that being said, and as you were already here, I've made a correction to your account which should clear it up. Please allow at least 15-30 minutes for the changes to become visible on your end, and please let me know if it doesn't appear to be resolved and I'll troubleshoot accordingly.
