Can't Re-install 2008

I am trying to re-install AutoCAD 2008, and keep getting the following error message.

 

This installation is forbidden by system policy.  Contact your service Administrator.

E:\x86\support\msxml\msxml6.msi

 

AutoCAD is the only program that will not re-install.  Please Help.
