Can I download an existing licensed product (AutoCAD 2010) on my new laptop?

I need to get my purchased copy of AutoCAD 2010 on my new laptop.  My previous laptop went kaput.  The links I used to download the 2010 version no longer work.  I have the serial number and activation codes.  Where do I start? Thanks.

Thank you so much for your assistance!  I should have been more specific with the title of my purchased product.  It is the AutoCAD/Revit Architecture Suite 2010 64 bit.  Will the link you provided be the same product?  If so, I will download.  Once again, thanks so much!
