You are getting the following error message 'A license error has occurred. Contact your technical support representative for assistance.'
This error message usually happens when an incorrect Serial Number and Product key is used.

Hi Brad Hurley,
The serial number and product key we entered correctly, though we try as well trial version both those 2 steps doesn't solve the issue. The other topic I read from the forum is for mac and my EU is running on Windows 7 platform. And also we try the other possible solution which doesn't seems to work
2. Try to create New user Account
3. Do Offline Activation
4. Copy ASR files
5. Ammending Registry editor HKEYLOCALMACHINE>SOFTWARE>AUTODESK>
