Autodesk Download Manager doesnt work

Hi i have one problem when i try to download 3dsmax 2014 the application autodesk manager cant connect with the server. What can i do to fix this problem?? i need to restart the download or whats worng wit the manager

Try the browser download instead of the download manager.
