Autodesk 3ds Max 2011, problem with the serial number

Hi, I replaced my PC with a new one, I wanted to install the product on it, and when I try to set the serial number it says "

The serial number you entered is not valid. Try again. (1)" I don't know what to do.

Not sure whether can I paste the Serial Number and Product Key here. Please let me know if you need it for futuer check.
