Autocad 2009 LT licence export

Hi all

 

Need help please with autocad lt 2009.

 

I exported the serial with the migration tool but when i import the serial in the new computer, it say the identification code is not the same?

 

How can i export it or activate it to fit the idendification code on the new computer?

Hello Yves!

 

It looks like your AutoCAD LT 2009 license was upgraded to AutoCAD LT 2010 per a subscription contract that has since expired, which would explain the "Invalid Serial Number" error / inability to import the license.

 

With that being said, I'll send you a PM shortly with the updated licensing info and corresponding download links.

 

For future reference, anyone that finds themselves in a similar situation can contact our License Assistance Team for direct license verification.

Yes we have autocad 2010 installed on another machine, think we have to buy another licence.

The license is actually valid for 2 seats, so if only 1 of those is in use you should be good to go :smileyhappy:
