AutoDesk Maya 2014 fails to install

I've been trying so many times installing Maya 2014 and even 2013 which all fail to install giving me the error 1603 and 1619. I've tried many fixes like downloading directx and reinstalling java and read many post but I just can't figure out what is going on.
