AutoCAD opens is loaded and is this opening closes.

When I open autocad is loaded but when was this opening closes and get me the message: "the security system (softlock license manager) is not functioning or is improperly installed.". Please I need help.

This is most certainly a file permissions problem.  Make sure you give Everyone full rights to the following folders/files:

On Vista or Windows 7:

C:\ProgramData\FLEXnet\adskflex_*.data

C:\ProgramData\FLEXnet\adskflex_*.data.backup

On Windows XP:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\FLEXnet\adskflex_*.data

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\FLEXnet\adskflex_*.data.backup

Worst case, you might need to delete these files and reactivate your product.  Make a backup first.
