Authorisation problems R2000i

I'am having problems with authorisation R2000i

After installing R2000i and reboot the pc I cannot get authorized
I takes nearly 15 minutes after I get that message and a fatal error

During that time the progs cdilla10 and cdilla64 are running
and my SCSI harddisc is constantely rateling with the same interval of noise
but nothing changes during that time

My dealer sended me a new version of RTS, but no cure

Am I the only one with this problem?
Is the SCSI disk or settings a problem?
are the BIOS settings a problem?

Can you tell me what the error code is you receive ?
Also can you tell me what the RTS version is (Type CDILLA64 in the Start>Run
dialog. Note you may have to do this twice). If it is 3.22.020 you do not
have the latest RTS. The latest (3.23.000) is due to be posted today or
monday on autodesk.com. Can you also tell me who your dealer is ?
I have certainly not heard of constant paging caused by SLM.

hello simon at autodesk support

the following error is reported [17.1.8] during authorisation after 20
minutes of HD noise

the standard rts version on r2000i-cd is 3.21.040
I received another version from my dealer which is 3.23.000

the situation was
r14 installed on my pc several years ago
r2000 was installed one year back
cannot update r2000 with r2000i
after that uninstalled r2000
tried to install r2000i again
no succes

or is my version an updat and should there always be a r2000 version on my
pc?
but the firts time this did not work?

is this the solution?
uninstall all autocad version
install r2000i and afterwards r14

I already reported this to autodesk offically through the follwing form:
"Information to obtain when troubleshooting SLM Licensing issues"

Kees,
No you do not need 2000 on your machine. (By the way R14 should have been
removed as well, 60 days after installing 2000) The 2000i is installed as a
full version.
The error code indicates a license system error but nothing more specific.
It is the fact that your disk pages constantly that is unusual. I have not
heard of this previously. In the first instance ensure all of your third
party applications including virus protection are disabled, uninstall the
License Management System using Add/Remove programs and reinstall the RTS
update given to you previously.
Please specify which dealer/distributor supplied you with the
troubleshooting form.

hello simon gillis

the dealer in holland is Ideoma from Leiderdorp and they reported this form
and problems to Autodesk England
I hope to hear from them soon
because it's already one week ago

I think there is only one solution
installing w98 allover again and first install r2ki
